As a TPA, Lockard & Williams will assist an employer in handling all of the administration functions of a partially self-funded health plan or fully insured plan.  The services for self-funded groups include placing of the stop loss coverages, processing the payment of claims, billing functions, contracting with PPO networks and printing employee plan documents and employee ID cards.  Fully insured groups will obtain assistance with group set up, enrollment meetings, assistance to employees and their dependents as well as annual renewals.
